It has been a long time since I updated this site. I was busy doing something else. I have put my fitness goals on hold and pursued a different set of goals. I mmay not have gain weight but I feel I did.
So to keep up with my fitness goals. I joined 4 week TT Transformation Contest.
Yesterday I did a 20min interval training. I followed the August TT program. If you would like to know what it is go check it on this site.
